Pre-launch foundation document. Lexera is currently in development. Paid entry, checkout, ticket issuing and full competition operations are not yet live unless clearly stated on the site. These terms will be reviewed and finalised before full commercial launch.

When using the Lexera platform, you agree to the following.
Accounts
Lexera is intended for users aged 18 or over. You must not create or use an account if you are under 18.
Account features require accurate personal details. You must not provide false, incomplete or misleading information at any point.
Users may be asked to verify their age or identity before entry, draw participation, or prize claim where required.
Each person should hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be identified and removed.
Competitions
Each competition page will show key information including the prize, opening and closing dates, draw date or timing, entry routes, and the relevant rules.
Competition-specific rules may apply. You must read and understand the relevant competition page and rules before entering.
Competitions may involve a skill-based question. Where this applies, entry requires providing the required answer.
No paid entries are currently active unless clearly enabled on a specific competition page.
Payment status
Paid entry, checkout, and ticket issuing are not currently live on this platform. These features are paused pending payment provider confirmation.
When paid entry is introduced, additional terms governing payment processing, refund rights, and ticket issuance will be published and will form part of these Terms of Use. Until those terms are published, no paid transactions should be inferred from this page.
Entry routes
Where applicable, eligible competitions on Lexera may include a free postal entry route. Users who wish to enter without making a purchase must follow the published Free Postal Entry instructions, the Competition Rules, and any competition-specific requirements shown on the relevant competition page.
Valid free postal entries will be handled in accordance with the published rules and will enter the same competition entry pool as paid entries, subject to eligibility, deadlines, and validation requirements.
Final postal entry details may vary by competition and users should always check the relevant competition page, Competition Rules, and Free Entry Route page before submitting an entry.
Lexera is currently in pre-launch preparation and paid entries are not currently being processed.

The website content, branding, layout, design, competition materials and all other materials published on this platform belong to LEXERA LTD or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any materials from this platform without prior written permission from Lexera, except as permitted by applicable law.
Availability
Lexera is in active development. The site, individual pages, and features may be changed, updated, or made temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
We aim to provide a reliable experience but make no guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform or any specific feature.
