Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account, entering a competition, submitting a free postal entry, purchasing entries, using any promotional feature or claiming any prize.

By using Lexera, creating an account, entering a competition, submitting an entry, purchasing entries, using a free entry route, claiming a prize or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

These Terms are intended to protect both entrants and Lexera by setting out clear rules for participation, eligibility, verification, prize claims, fraud prevention, free entry and dispute handling. They do not replace any specific competition terms shown on an individual competition page.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms shown on a competition page, the specific competition terms will apply only to the extent necessary for that competition, unless the conflict relates to eligibility, fraud prevention, verification, free entry, data protection, responsible participation or legal compliance, in which case Lexera may apply the stricter requirement.

1.3. In these Terms, "Lexera", "we", "us", "our" or "the Promoter" means LEXERA LTD.

1.4. Lexera operates skill-based prize competitions, free postal entry routes and related promotional services through its website and related digital platform.

1.5. Lexera does not claim that its competitions, promotions or Terms have been approved or endorsed by any regulator.

1.6. Lexera does not operate a casino, sportsbook, betting exchange or licensed gambling service. Lexera's competitions are intended to be structured as skill-based prize competitions and/or free-entry promotional draws in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

1.7. Entrants are responsible for reading these Terms and the relevant competition page before entering.

2.1. Account means a registered user account on the Lexera platform.

2.2. Competition means any prize competition or promotional prize activity operated by Lexera and displayed on the platform.

2.3. Competition Page means the webpage or screen describing a specific competition, including the prize, entry price, maximum entries, opening date, closing date, draw date, skill question, free entry route and any specific rules.

2.4. Entry means a valid entry into a competition, whether submitted through the paid online route, a Free Online Entry route or the Free Postal Entry route.

2.5. Paid Entry means an entry submitted online through the platform after completion of the required steps, including payment and, where applicable, the skill question.

2.6. Free Postal Entry means a valid entry submitted by post without purchasing an online entry, in accordance with these Terms and the relevant competition page.

2.7. Entrant, User, Customer, you or your means a person who uses the platform, creates an account, submits an entry, purchases an entry, submits a free postal entry or claims a prize.

2.8. Winner means an entrant selected or identified as a winner, subject always to verification, eligibility checks, fraud checks and compliance with these Terms.

2.9. Prize means the item, cash amount, experience, voucher, credit, service or other benefit described on the relevant competition page.

2.10. Promotion Period means the period during which a competition is open for entries.

2.11. Ticket, Entry Number or Entry Reference means the digital number or identifier allocated to a valid entry.

2.12. Platform Records means Lexera's internal records, including database records, server logs, payment logs, audit logs, entry logs, account records, claim records, email records and fraud-prevention records.

2.13. Skill Question means a question requiring skill, knowledge or judgement that entrants may be required to answer correctly before an entry is confirmed.

2.14. Specific Competition Terms means any additional rules, restrictions or information displayed on a specific competition page.

2.15. Instant Win, Daily Spin or Spin to Win means any additional promotional mechanic offered by Lexera only where expressly made available and described on the platform. These features are not available unless shown on the relevant page and may be subject to separate terms.

2.16. Free Online Entry means an entry submitted through the platform without payment where a competition page expressly states that online entry is free or that the entry price is £0.

2.17. Free Competition means a competition for which the competition page states that no payment is required to enter through the online route.

2.18. Checkout means the online process used to submit one or more selected entries, confirm eligibility, apply any available discount, promotional code or Site Credit where permitted, and complete any required payment.

2.19. Site Credit means promotional or account credit made available by Lexera, where shown in your account or at checkout, which may be subject to limits, expiry dates and additional rules.

3.1. Lexera's main competitions are intended to be operated as skill-based prize competitions and/or prize promotions with a genuine free postal entry route.

3.2. Where a competition requires paid online entry, entrants may be required to answer a skill, knowledge or judgement-based question correctly before the entry is confirmed.

3.3. Where a free entry route is required, Lexera will provide a free postal entry route that allows eligible entrants to enter without purchasing an entry.

3.4. Each competition page may include:

• prize description;
• prize value or estimated value;
• cash alternative, if offered;
• entry price;
• maximum number of entries;
• maximum entries per person or household;
• opening date;
• closing date;
• draw date or winner selection date;
• skill question, if applicable;
• free postal entry details;
• free online entry details, if applicable;
• eligibility restrictions;
• winner notification process;
• any specific competition rules.

3.5. Multiple competitions may run at the same time.

3.6. Lexera may set the price, maximum entries, promotion period, prize type and competition-specific rules for each competition.

3.7. Lexera may refuse, reject, void, suspend or cancel entries where necessary for fraud prevention, platform security, compliance, technical integrity, eligibility, responsible participation or legal reasons.

3.8. Lexera's competitions are intended to comply with applicable laws in England and Wales, including the Gambling Act 2005, consumer protection rules, advertising rules and data protection laws.

3.9. If Lexera offers any Instant Win, Daily Spin, Spin to Win or similar promotional feature, it will be subject to the rules shown on the relevant page and must not be used unless expressly made available by Lexera. Any such feature will also be subject to these Terms, eligibility checks, fraud prevention, free entry requirements where applicable and prize verification.

4.1. Competitions are open only to individuals who are:

• aged 18 or over;
• resident in the United Kingdom;
• entering in a personal capacity;
• legally permitted to enter;
• compliant with these Terms and the relevant competition page.

4.2. By entering, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are a UK resident;
• you have legal capacity to enter;
• you are not prohibited by law from entering;
• you are entering for personal and non-commercial purposes;
• all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date;
• you accept these Terms and any specific competition terms.

4.3. Lexera may require proof of age, identity, address, residence, payment ownership, bank account ownership and eligibility before awarding any prize.

4.4. Employees, directors, contractors, agents, suppliers, professional advisers and anyone professionally connected with Lexera, together with their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter unless Lexera expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific non-public or internal promotion.

4.5. Lexera may refuse, void or disqualify any entry if it reasonably believes that an entrant:

• is under 18;
• is not a UK resident;
• is ineligible;
• has provided false or misleading information;
• has created or used multiple accounts;
• has attempted to bypass entry limits;
• has abused a free entry route;
• has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the platform;
• has used bots, scripts, automation or bulk-entry systems;
• has engaged in chargeback abuse;
• has acted fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively or unfairly.

4.6. Lexera may request verification at any time before or after winner selection.

4.7. If a winner fails verification, Lexera may withhold, cancel, redraw, reallocate or otherwise deal with the prize in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

5.1. You may be required to create an account before entering online or claiming a prize.

5.2. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, date of birth, telephone number and address where required.

5.3. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

5.4. You must not allow another person to use your account.

5.5. You must not create or use multiple accounts to bypass entry limits, free entry limits, promotional limits, security checks or fraud controls.

5.6. Lexera may suspend, restrict or close any account where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, payment irregularity, identity mismatch, chargeback abuse, misuse of the platform, use of automation, VPN/proxy abuse or conduct contrary to these Terms.

5.7. Lexera may require account verification before allowing entries, prize claims, withdrawals, promotional participation or prize fulfilment.

6.1. To enter a competition online, you must follow the instructions on the platform.

6.2. You may be required to:

• select a competition;
• select the number of entries;
• answer a skill question correctly, where applicable;
• provide required account or contact details;
• confirm eligibility;
• accept these Terms;
• apply any available discount code, promotional code or Site Credit, where permitted;
• complete payment.

6.3. A paid entry is not confirmed until:

• payment has been authorised and accepted;
• any required skill question has been answered correctly;
• Lexera has allocated the relevant ticket or entry number;
• the entry is recorded in Lexera's Platform Records.

6.4. Lexera may send an email confirmation, but failure to receive an email does not invalidate an entry if the entry is correctly recorded in Lexera's Platform Records.

6.5. If payment is declined, reversed, refunded, charged back or marked as suspicious, Lexera may void the related entries.

6.6. Paid entries are generally final once confirmed, except where a refund is required by law, required by these Terms or approved by Lexera.

6.7. Lexera may impose entry limits per person, per household, per account, per competition or per payment method.

6.8. Entries submitted through the paid route, valid Free Online Entries and valid entries submitted through the free postal route will be treated equally for the purpose of winner selection for the relevant competition.

6.9. The platform may allow entrants to add entries for one or more competitions to a basket or cart and complete them through a single checkout. Each competition entry remains subject to the relevant competition page, entry limits, eligibility requirements, skill question requirements and these Terms.

6.10. The amount payable at checkout will be shown before payment is submitted. Any discount code, promotional code or Site Credit will apply only where accepted by the platform and may be subject to limits, expiry dates, exclusions or withdrawal.

6.11. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or hosted checkout. Lexera is not responsible for third-party payment systems except where required by law.

6.12. A payment authorisation, pending transaction or payment attempt does not by itself confirm an entry. A paid entry is confirmed only after Lexera receives successful payment confirmation, any required skill question has been answered correctly, the entry or ticket is issued and the entry is recorded in Lexera's Platform Records.

6.13. An entry or ticket is not confirmed merely because a payment page, redirect page, browser screen, email, bank notification or pending authorisation suggests that payment has been attempted.

6.14. If checkout is failed, cancelled, abandoned, declined, reversed, refunded, charged back, duplicated or marked as suspicious, Lexera may refuse, void, cancel or delay the related entries while the issue is investigated.

6.15. If Lexera identifies a duplicate payment or overpayment, Lexera may refund the duplicate amount, apply Site Credit where lawful and appropriate, or contact the entrant to resolve the issue. A duplicate payment does not create additional valid entries unless Lexera confirms this in its Platform Records.

7.1. Where required, Lexera provides a free postal entry route for eligible competitions.

7.2. Free postal entries must be sent by prepaid First Class or Second Class post to the official postal address shown on the relevant competition page or this route page.

7.3. Hand-delivered entries are not accepted and will not be included in any draw process.

7.4. Each valid free postal entry must include the required information stated on the competition page, including:

• full legal name;
• date of birth;
• full postal address;
• valid telephone number;
• valid email address;
• competition details (competition name and clear route reference);
• answer to any skill question, where applicable;
• confirmation that the postal entry matches and is linked to your Lexera account.

7.5. Entrants must have an active Lexera account before a free postal entry can be processed.

7.6. Free postal entries must be sent separately. Multiple entries in one envelope or postcard are treated as one entry unless the competition states otherwise.

7.7. The maximum entries per entrant shown on the competition page applies to all free postal entries.

7.8. A free postal entry is valid while the competition remains open and tickets are not fully allocated.

7.9. Free postal entries received in the final 48 hours, or after full allocation, may be transferred by Lexera to a future similar-value competition where availability remains.

7.10. Entries received after the competition has fully closed may not be entered into any competition.

7.11. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery or proof that an entry was received.

7.12. Lexera may reject free postal entries that are incomplete, unclear, damaged, unreadable, lacking required information, missing account match, fraudulent, automated, bulk-generated or otherwise non-compliant.

7.13. Where an instant win competition is offered, additional timing or processing rules may apply and will be stated on the relevant competition page.

7.14. Entries processed through the free postal route have the same competition chance treatment as any valid paid route entries for the same competition.

7.15. Lexera may retain postal entry records for audit, compliance, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

7.16. Where a competition page states that the online entry price is £0, eligible entrants may enter online without making a payment, subject to these Terms and the relevant competition page.

7.17. A Free Online Entry is separate from the Free Postal Entry route. The Free Postal Entry route requires a valid postal submission in accordance with this Section 7. A Free Online Entry is submitted through the platform where Lexera expressly makes that route available.

7.18. Valid Free Online Entries will be included in the same winner selection pool as other valid entries for the relevant competition, unless the competition page clearly states a different lawful and fair method.

7.19. Where a skill question applies, a Free Online Entry is not valid unless the entrant answers the skill question correctly and completes all required online steps.

7.20. Eligibility, account, verification, entry limit, fraud prevention and responsible participation rules apply to Free Online Entries and Free Competitions in the same way as they apply to other entries, unless the competition page states stricter rules.

8.1. Where a competition is structured as a skill-based prize competition, entrants must answer a skill, knowledge or judgement-based question correctly before their entry is confirmed.

8.2. The skill question must not be bypassed, manipulated or answered by automated means.

8.3. If an answer is incorrect, incomplete, invalid or not submitted, the entry may not be confirmed.

8.4. Lexera may record:

• the question shown;
• the answer submitted;
• the correct answer;
• whether the answer was correct;
• timestamp;
• user ID;
• IP address;
• entry route;
• entry reference.

8.5. Lexera may change skill questions between competitions or between entry periods, provided the approach is fair and consistent with the relevant competition rules.

8.6. Skill questions are intended to require skill, knowledge or judgement and to support the legal structure of the competition.

8.7. Lexera may reject entries where it reasonably believes the skill question process has been manipulated, bypassed, automated or abused.

8.8. Where a skill question applies to a competition, the requirement may apply to paid online entries, Free Online Entries and Free Postal Entries, unless the relevant competition page states otherwise.

9.1. Each competition will have a closing date or closing condition displayed on the competition page.

9.2. A competition may close when:

• the published closing date is reached;
• the maximum number of entries is reached;
• Lexera cancels the competition;
• Lexera closes the competition for legal, technical, fraud prevention or operational reasons.

9.3. Lexera may bring forward the draw if the maximum number of entries is reached, provided this is consistent with the relevant competition page.

9.4. Lexera will not unfairly extend a competition after entries have been accepted unless the extension is clearly permitted, announced and applied fairly.

9.5. If a competition does not sell out by the closing date, Lexera may:

• proceed with the draw;
• award the advertised prize;
• award a cash alternative if stated on the competition page;
• extend the competition where permitted;
• cancel the competition and refund paid entries;
• apply any other outcome clearly stated on the competition page.

9.6. The specific approach for unsold competitions should be stated on the relevant competition page where applicable.

9.7. Entries received after a competition has closed will not be valid.

10.1. Winners will be selected using a fair and auditable process.

10.2. Winner selection may be carried out by:

• random selection from valid entries;
• automated backend selection;
• third-party random number generator;
• live draw;
• pre-defined instant win allocation, where offered;
• another fair method described on the relevant competition page.

10.3. Only valid entries recorded in Lexera's Platform Records will be included in winner selection.

10.4. Lexera's Platform Records are the final record of entries, tickets, winners, claims and prize allocation, except in the case of manifest error.

10.5. If a technical error affects winner selection, Lexera may correct, repeat or re-run the affected selection using a fair and auditable method.

10.6. If a selected winner is ineligible, fails verification, breaches these Terms, cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Lexera may redraw, reallocate, retain or otherwise deal with the prize in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

10.7. Lexera may record draw evidence, random number generation evidence, entry lists, timestamps, audit logs and other verification material.

10.8. Ticket numbers, entry numbers or entry references may be allocated automatically and may not be sequential. A ticket number is an entry identifier and does not guarantee any particular order, priority or advantage unless the relevant competition page expressly states otherwise.

10.9. Where Lexera publishes an Entry List, it may display limited information such as entry references, ticket numbers, first name, surname initial, general location or entry status. Lexera will not intentionally publish full contact details, full address, payment details or identity documents in a public Entry List.

11.1. Lexera may, from time to time, offer additional promotional features such as Instant Win, Instant Bonus, Daily Spin, Spin to Win, reward campaigns, credits, vouchers or promotional prize mechanics.

11.2. These features are available only where expressly shown on the platform or relevant promotion page.

11.3. Any Instant Win, Daily Spin or promotional feature will be subject to:

• these Terms;
• the specific promotion rules shown on the platform;
• eligibility checks;
• fraud prevention checks;
• free entry requirements where applicable;
• responsible participation controls;
• prize verification.

11.4. Lexera does not guarantee that any Instant Win, Daily Spin or promotional feature will be available at any time.

11.5. Lexera may suspend, withdraw, amend or cancel a promotional feature where required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, technical, security or operational reasons.

11.6. Where a promotional feature involves a visual animation, wheel, reveal, game-style screen or frontend display, that display is for presentation only. The final result is determined by Lexera's backend records and Platform Records.

11.7. Any prize, credit, reward or promotional benefit shown through a promotional feature remains subject to verification before fulfilment.

11.8. Lexera may void, correct or replace a result where it reasonably believes there has been error, malfunction, manipulation, abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

11.9. Paid entries and valid free entries must be treated fairly in relation to any promotion to which the relevant entry routes apply.

11.10. Lexera will not use Daily Spin, Instant Win or any promotional feature to avoid the legal requirements applicable to prize competitions, free draws, consumer promotions or advertising rules.

11.11. References to Instant Win, Daily Spin, Spin to Win or promotional features include any Instant Bonus feature where Lexera expressly makes that feature available on the platform.

12.1. Lexera will attempt to contact winners using the contact details provided in their account or entry.

12.2. Winners may be contacted by email, phone, SMS, account notification or another reasonable method.

12.3. Winners are responsible for keeping their contact details accurate and up to date.

12.4. Lexera is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted because the winner provided incorrect, incomplete, outdated or inaccessible contact details.

12.5. Winners may be required to complete Lexera's prize claim process before receiving any prize.

12.6. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Lexera may mark the prize as unclaimed and may redraw, reallocate, retain or otherwise deal with the prize in accordance with the relevant competition rules and applicable law.

12.7. Lexera may require additional time to verify high-value prizes, cash prizes, identity, age, eligibility, fraud risk or delivery details.

13.1. All winners must complete Lexera's prize claim process before a prize is fulfilled.

13.2. Lexera may require winners to provide:

• full legal name;
• date of birth;
• email address;
• phone number;
• residential address;
• delivery address;
• competition name;
• prize won;
• ticket or entry number;
• draw date or win date;
• user account reference;
• entry method;
• identity documents;
• proof of address;
• payment or order confirmation, where relevant;
• bank details for cash prizes;
• winner declaration;
• any other information reasonably required for verification and prize fulfilment.

13.3. Each claim may be assigned a claim reference or Claim ID.

13.4. Claims may be handled through the platform, email, secure form or another method specified by Lexera.

13.5. Lexera may request further information before approving a claim.

13.6. Lexera may reject, delay or cancel a claim where identity, age, residence, eligibility, account ownership, payment ownership, bank ownership or entitlement cannot be verified.

13.7. Lexera may withhold a prize while fraud, abuse, chargeback, identity, eligibility, legal or compliance checks are ongoing.

13.8. Failure to complete the claim process within the required timeframe may result in the prize being treated as unclaimed.

14.1. Lexera may require documentary or electronic proof of:

• age;
• identity;
• address;
• UK residence;
• account ownership;
• payment ownership;
• bank account ownership;
• eligibility;
• entry validity.

14.2. Lexera may use third-party providers to perform identity, fraud, payment, sanctions, compliance or verification checks where lawful and necessary.

14.3. Cash prizes will only be paid to a verified bank account held in the verified winner's own name, unless Lexera expressly approves another lawful arrangement.

14.4. Lexera will not normally pay cash prizes to third-party bank accounts, business accounts, friends, family members or unrelated persons.

14.5. Prizes are non-transferable unless Lexera expressly agrees in writing.

14.6. Lexera may withhold, delay, cancel, redraw, reclaim or refuse a prize if it reasonably suspects:

• underage entry;
• non-UK residence;
• false information;
• identity mismatch;
• duplicate accounts;
• payment mismatch;
• bank ownership mismatch;
• chargeback abuse;
• fraud;
• manipulation;
• breach of these Terms.

14.7. Lexera's decision to withhold or cancel a prize must be based on reasonable evidence, compliance concerns, security concerns or breach of these Terms.

15.1. Prize details will be displayed on the relevant competition page.

15.2. Physical prizes will be delivered to the verified winner's confirmed delivery address.

15.3. Digital prizes may be delivered by email, account credit, voucher code or another digital method.

15.4. Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer or another method approved by Lexera.

15.5. Unless stated otherwise on the competition page, physical prizes may be supplied as described, as an equivalent item of similar value, or as a cash alternative where Lexera considers this necessary or appropriate.

15.6. Where a cash alternative is offered for a physical prize, the competition page will state the cash alternative or the method for calculating it. Where Lexera states that a cash alternative is available, Lexera intends the cash alternative to be at least 70% of the advertised prize value unless a higher amount is stated.

15.7. Lexera may substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable, impractical, unlawful, unsafe or disproportionately difficult to supply.

15.8. Prize images are for illustrative purposes unless stated otherwise.

15.9. Winners are responsible for any tax, duty, customs charge, import fee, insurance, maintenance cost, bank fee, delivery surcharge or local legal obligation connected with receiving or using a prize, unless Lexera expressly states otherwise.

15.10. Lexera does not provide tax, financial or legal advice to winners.

15.11. Lexera is not responsible for loss, damage or deterioration after a prize has been delivered, collected, transferred or paid to the winner, except where required by law.

15.12. Lexera may retain proof of delivery, courier reference, payment reference, bank transfer reference, collection evidence, identity verification evidence and fulfilment records.

16.1. Lexera may publish limited winner information for transparency, including first name, general location and prize won.

16.2. Lexera may publish previous winner information on the platform, social media or marketing materials where lawful and appropriate.

16.3. Winners may object to publicity where they have a legitimate privacy concern.

16.4. Lexera may request photographs, videos, testimonials, interviews or other promotional material from winners, but marketing use of a winner's image, likeness, voice or detailed personal story will be subject to consent where required.

16.5. Refusal to participate in marketing will not automatically invalidate a prize.

16.6. Lexera may still retain winner records for audit, compliance, fraud prevention, legal claims and dispute handling.

17.1. Lexera may refuse, void, suspend, cancel or disqualify entries, accounts, claims or prizes where it reasonably suspects:

• underage entry;
• non-UK residence;
• false or misleading information;
• duplicate accounts;
• account sharing;
• automated entries;
• bots, scripts or bulk-entry systems;
• VPN/proxy abuse;
• payment fraud;
• payment mismatch;
• chargeback abuse;
• manipulation of the platform;
• exploitation of bugs or technical errors;
• abuse of free entry routes;
• abusive, threatening or defamatory conduct;
• breach of these Terms;
• conduct contrary to the spirit of fair participation.

17.2. Lexera may use fraud-prevention tools including IP checks, device checks, browser information, payment matching, duplicate account checks, activity monitoring, audit logs and suspicious behaviour detection.

17.3. Lexera may withhold prize fulfilment while an investigation is ongoing.

17.4. Lexera may reclaim a prize or its value if the prize was awarded because of fraud, error, manipulation, breach of these Terms or ineligibility.

17.5. Lexera may report suspected fraud, abuse, payment fraud or unlawful activity to payment processors, banks, law enforcement, regulators or professional advisers where lawful and appropriate.

17.6. Lexera may restrict, suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, repeated chargebacks, harassment, threats or serious breach of these Terms.

18.1. Paid entries are generally final once confirmed.

18.2. Refunds may be issued where:

• a competition is cancelled;
• Lexera is legally required to refund;
• a technical failure materially prevented a valid entry;
• a payment was taken in error;
• Lexera decides a refund is fair and appropriate.

18.3. If a competition is cancelled, Lexera may refund paid entries to the original payment method or offer another remedy where lawful and appropriate.

18.4. If you believe a payment was made in error, you should contact Lexera before raising a chargeback.

18.5. Lexera may investigate any chargeback.

18.6. If Lexera reasonably considers a chargeback to be unjustified, abusive or fraudulent, Lexera may suspend or close the account, void related entries, disqualify claims and seek recovery of costs where lawful.

18.7. Refunds may invalidate related entries unless Lexera states otherwise.

18.8. Lexera does not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19.1. Lexera will use reasonable efforts to keep the platform functioning correctly.

19.2. Lexera is not responsible for failed, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries caused by technical issues outside its reasonable control.

19.3. If an error causes an incorrect prize display, incorrect ticket allocation, incorrect entry count, incorrect winner display, incorrect promotional result or incorrect claim status, Lexera may correct the error using Platform Records.

19.4. Only entries, tickets, claims, winners and results recorded in Lexera's backend system and Platform Records are valid.

19.5. Frontend displays, animations, emails, screenshots, browser displays or cached pages are not final proof where they conflict with Platform Records.

19.6. Lexera may suspend, cancel, repeat, correct or re-run a process affected by technical failure, fraud risk, platform error or data corruption.

19.7. Lexera will not be liable for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including network failure, hosting failure, payment processor outage, cyberattack, postal disruption, courier failure, power failure, extreme weather, regulatory action or force majeure event.

20.1. Lexera encourages responsible participation.

20.2. Competitions should be entered for entertainment, promotional participation and the chance to win a prize, not as a source of income or financial strategy.

20.3. You should not enter if doing so causes financial difficulty, stress, harm or irresponsible spending.

23.3. Third-party trademarks, product names and images may belong to their respective owners and may be used only for identification or prize description purposes.

23.4. Unless expressly stated, third-party brands are not sponsors, promoters, partners or endorsers of Lexera.

24.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

24.2. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

24.3. Subject to clauses 24.1 and 24.2, Lexera will not be liable for:

• indirect loss;
• consequential loss;
• loss of profit;
• loss of opportunity;
• business loss;

24.4. Subject to clauses 24.1 and 24.2, Lexera's total liability to a non-winning entrant will not exceed the amount paid by that entrant to enter the relevant competition.

24.5. Subject to clauses 24.1 and 24.2, Lexera's total liability to a winner will not exceed the value of the prize won.

24.6. Lexera is not liable for any tax, duty, customs, insurance, maintenance, operating cost, bank charge or other cost associated with accepting, receiving, using or disposing of a prize unless expressly stated.

25.2. The latest version will be published on the platform.

25.3. Changes will not unfairly affect entries already confirmed unless required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, technical correction, platform security or compliance.

25.4. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.

27.2. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, the platform or any competition, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
