- When payment functionality is introduced, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment provider.
- Lexera does not and should not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Marketing communications may be sent only where appropriate consent or preference controls are in place. This functionality has not yet launched.

Who we may share information with
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with the following categories of recipient where necessary and lawful.
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers used to run the platform and store data securely.
- Email and support communication providers used to receive and respond to your messages.
- Payment providers when payment functionality is introduced, to process transactions. Lexera does not handle raw card data.
- Identity and age verification providers, if introduced, for 18+ verification or winner identity checks.
- Professional advisers including legal and accounting advisers where required.
- Regulators or law enforcement authorities where Lexera is legally required or permitted to do so.
Retention
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods may be extended where required by law, accounting obligations, active disputes, fraud prevention requirements, or platform security reasons.
