For eligible competitions, Lexera provides a free postal entry route as a no-payment alternative. Use it only for competition details stated on the competition page.

Use the official address and required fields shown on each competition page.

How to send a free postal entry

Follow the route steps below and the competition page before posting. Keep entries separate, clear, and complete.

  1. Choose your competition

    Choose a published competition page and confirm the free postal route is available.

  2. Review the competition rules

    Check required data fields, the closing date and ticket availability shown for that competition.

  3. Write your postal entry

    Write all required information clearly and include the correct full competition name.

  4. Include required skill answer where applicable

    Where the competition includes a skill-based question, include the required answer as instructed on the competition page.

  5. Post before the deadline

    Send by prepaid first-class or second-class post to the published official address before the cut-off.

Use only first-class or second-class prepaid mail to the official address. Hand delivery is not accepted.

  • Full name
  • Full date of birth
  • Email address that matches your Lexera account
  • Valid telephone number
  • Postal address
  • Competition name (as published)
  • Required answer to the skill or knowledge question, where applicable
  • Clear statement that this postal entry is sent to the same registered Lexera account

  • Open to eligible residents aged 18+ in the United Kingdom and supported European Union Member States, subject to applicable local law and any competition-specific restrictions.
  • You must meet the account-matching and competition-specific requirements shown for the relevant competition.
  • The submitted personal details must match your active Lexera account records.
  • If your details do not match, your entry may not be processed.
  • The maximum entries per entrant shown on the competition page applies.

Invalid or late entries

Do not include incomplete entries

  • Entries missing required fields, unclearly written, damaged, unreadable or illegible may be rejected.
  • Entries that arrive after close or after full ticket allocation may be rejected.
  • Multiple entries in one envelope may be treated as one entry unless the competition page states otherwise.

Important timing rules

Cut-off and delivery

  • Use prepaid first-class or second-class post only. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
  • Entries must arrive before the published closing date and before the competition is fully allocated.
  • Entries received in the final 48 hours, or after full allocation, may be moved to a future similar-value competition at Lexera's discretion.
  • Entries received after close cannot be entered into any competition.
