How the claim process will work

The steps below describe the intended flow for prize claims, subject to the published competition rules and the outcome of any required verification.

   Competition closes

   The competition reaches its published closing deadline and entry submissions end. No further entries are accepted after this point.

2. 2

   Draw or winner selection

   A winner is selected in accordance with the published competition rules for that competition. The draw method will be described on the competition page.

3. 3

   Winner is contacted or invited to claim

   The potential winner may be contacted via the details provided at registration, or invited to initiate a claim through their account where applicable.

4. 4

   Verification

   Eligibility, identity, age and entry validity may be verified before a prize is confirmed. Lexera may request supporting documentation where required by the competition rules.

5. 5

   Prize delivery or payout

   After successful verification, prize delivery or payout is arranged according to the published competition rules and any agreed fulfilment method.

What winners may need to provide

The exact requirements will depend on the published competition rules. The following information may be requested as part of the claim and verification process.

• Full name as registered on your account
• Contact email address
• Competition title as published on the competition page
• Ticket or entry reference if applicable
• Proof of identity if required by the competition rules
• Proof of age or eligibility if required
• Delivery or contact address where relevant to the prize
• Any additional claim evidence requested by Lexera during the verification process

Do not send sensitive documents such as identity documents or financial records unless specifically requested by Lexera as part of a live and verified claim process. This page does not accept document uploads.
